Private Practice Masterclass

For Healers Learning to Wear Their Business Hat

The Private Practice Masterclass is a structured curriculum that takes you from clarity, to execution, to accountability over four months. Building a private practice takes more than a one-day event, and you deserve more than a class that leaves you with notes you never open again.

Your clinical training gave you the skills to help people. It didn't give you a niche, a business, or a system for running a practice entirely on your own. That gap costs you time, clients, and confidence.

This curriculum helps you close it. It's built around what therapists in private practice actually need, by someone with six years of practice who has sat with the exact challenges you're facing.

  • Available all year round
  • Duration four months, in three parts
  • Format virtual and in person

This Is for You If You're Asking

  • I finished my training, I'm qualified, and I genuinely want to help people, so why does having my own practice still feel so far away?
  • Everyone says "find a niche," but how do I do that without feeling like I'm turning away people who need help?
  • I know I want to go independent, but the gap between where I am and where I want to be feels impossible to cross alone.
  • I'm showing up, seeing clients, and doing the work, so why does the financial side still not add up?
  • How do I conduct proper intakes, write treatment plans, and document clinical work when there's no supervisor, no team, and no institutional system behind me?
  • Or anything else that's been sitting between you and the practice you've been working towards, and dreaming of.

The Three Parts

Part 1

Niche & Identity

Virtual · Ksh 15,000

A guided session where you do the work in real time, with a framework to think through, space to reflect, and help refining your niche until it actually feels right.

  • Demographic vs psychographic niche: why one fills your caseload while the other leaves you waiting.
  • Mapping your intersection: where your lived experience, passion, and clinical expertise meet. Your niche isn't something you invent. It's something you uncover.
  • Validating against real demand: so you're building around a gap that actually exists in the market you work in.
  • Claiming your specialty with confidence: and working through the imposter syndrome that shows up the moment you decide to stop serving everyone.

You leave with a written, validated niche statement you're ready to build your practice around.

Part 2

Clinical & Business Systems

In person · Ksh 15,000

Your training taught you how to be a great therapist. Part 2 teaches you how to run a practice.

Clinical skills

  • The intake process: the most overlooked part of private practice, and the one that sets the direction for everything that follows.
  • MSE and individualised treatment planning: documentation that is thorough, defensible, and useful to your clinical work.
  • Clinical take-home forms: treatment approaches matched to your niche, plus editable intake, consent, SOAP note, and assessment forms.

Business skills

  • Fee-setting and business planning: pricing that reflects your worth, and a financial model built around your actual life and goals.
  • Ethical marketing and client attraction: how to talk about what you do in a way that feels authentic to you.
  • Time management and workflow systems: the structures that protect your caseload, your boundaries, and your own wellbeing.
Part 3

Accountability & Review

Virtual · Ksh 10,000

Information alone doesn't build a practice. Execution does, and execution is where most therapists stall. In the three months after Part 2, your cohort comes back together for two structured calls.

  • Call 1, at 6 weeks: what's working, what isn't, and what's getting in the way, with facilitated group problem-solving so you're never figuring it out alone.
  • Call 2, at 3 months: a full review of where you are, what you've built, and what the next phase of your practice looks like, with guidance on where to go from here.

You return to a group that started this with you, knows where you've been, and can hold you accountable while you execute, which is where private practices are made.

Your Investment

Ksh 40,000 for the full curriculum

Payable one part at a time as the programme progresses: Ksh 15,000 to start, and the rest only when you're ready for what's next. A full professional investment in your practice, broken down in a way that's kinder to your budget.

Clinical Tools

Clinical Forms Pack

Ksh 6,000

Good documentation protects your clients, protects you, and makes your clinical work sharper. When you're in private practice, there's no institution handing you a filing system, so this pack gives you the three forms every practice runs on, ready to edit and make your own, with a short guide on how to use each one.

Intake Form

The intake sets the direction for everything that follows. This form helps you gather what brings a client to therapy, their personal and family background, relevant health history, past therapy, support systems, and goals, so you begin the work with a clear picture and nothing important slips through.

Consent Form

Informed consent is where trust begins. This form lays out how you work, confidentiality and its limits, fees and cancellations, and how records are kept, so your clients know what to expect and your practice stands on clear, ethical ground.

SOAP Note Template

Structured around Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan, this template helps you write session notes that are clear, consistent, and defensible. It makes it easier to track progress over time, plan your next session, and write reports or referrals when you need to.

Request the pack through the form below, and I'll send you payment details.

Licensed for use in your own practice. Masterclass participants receive these forms, along with a full set of assessments, as part of Part 2.
